This AI animation is a follow up story on the creature from Niceaunties’ Gen48 entry ‘How I Got Here’. After the creature finds its way to Auntieverse, it is given the job of placemaking, which involves improving the built environment of this surreal world. The animation features dreamlike scenes of a city occupied by organic creatures and soft megastructures. As the first part of a four-part series ‘Auntieverse City’, ‘My Job’ encapsulates the colours, fun and vibrancy that I believe our cities should further embrace. It was created in Midjourney and animated in Runwayml.
