Metamorphorest

“Metamorphorest” unfolds within a forest where proto-organismic forms breathe. The forest releases its spores, and a girl emerges — perhaps another fragment of the generative cycle, though her nature remains uncertain. Accompanied by flowing music, the work becomes a hymn to life, narrating a story of repetition, transformation, and eternal return. This piece was created in remembrance of Japan’s most significant days of war memory: the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and August 15, the day of Japan’s surrender in World War II — as a prayer for peace. “The world began without man, and it will complete without him.”
