Tom Toast's Not So Scary Sunday

I relate to the topic of Sunday Scaries because it’s essentially about anxiety, and how one can fall into a spiral of negative thoughts—whether it’s unfinished work or future stressors, they can come together and immobilize you. I really enjoyed making this piece as a way to reflect on what works for me, and to show that it takes effort to return to calm and order. I’ve also always had an interest in kids’ stories and Muppets, so it was especially fun to use Sora for the first time to bring all of this together. Sound Design by Pancakepie360
