Andrés Hernández, a Mexican audiovisual artist, has navigated a dynamic path in visual storytelling since 2017. Initially a short film director, cinematographer, and documentary filmmaker, his current focus is on the intersection of photography and digital art, exploring themes of loss, memory, and dreams in his work.
Employing digital intervention and artificial intelligence, he creates dreamscapes where vision lacks clarity and identities are obscured by mental noise. The deliberate destruction of images serves as an analogy, reflecting the ephemeral nature of memory. Hernández's artistic narrative is a contemplative journey into the fragility of human experience, using technology as a conduit for expressing the intangible.
