This body of work represents the illusive qualities of the dream realm - how our hallucinogenic surroundings can disperse and transform at a glance and take us through an unpredictable journey of illogic randomness as our subconscious feeds us subliminal messages of our fears, desires and everything in between.
This gentle yet intriguing excerpt of ‘inter-illogic’ transports the observer into a realm of innocence, curiosity and simpler times. Focusing on the recollection of dreaming through the eyes of a child, I intended to regenerate those memories, feelings, and experiences through scenes of pastel hues and playful backdrops. The continuous appearance of stars in this piece, symbolises the dangling toy stars often attached to a baby's crib mobile - which also correlates to the soothing twinkling sounds that chime throughout the video.

Within this space, visual scenes defy conventional logic, encapsulating the intricacies of an otherworldly reality. Her creative journey begins with generating text-prompted images rooted in an initial idea and evolves through iterative processes, where numerous versions are meticulously crafted until a compelling vision materializes, translating into a video.
Additionally, Belowsubconscious thoughtfully selects a soundscape that harmonizes with the animation, considering the emotions evoked by the visuals and choosing sounds that complement them. Between visual and auditory elements, Belowsubconscious navigates the synthesis of surrealism, AI-driven exploration, and meticulous craftsmanship. This approach unveils a world where the illogical finds its own poetic logic.
