Displaced

This piece began as a meditation on displacement, overpopulation, and natural disaster. But it is about more than physical displacement; it is about the emotional and spiritual displacements of our modern era. Masses of people are pushed to the edge of a habitable zone as the waters rise up, threatening to swallow them up.
