About the artwork
With “Water” it seems so natural for this seemingly endless stream of images, shapes and forms that flow into each other and morph together, just to be separated later, to bear so many similarities to water and fluidity itself. The contradiction this bears to me is rather intriguing. We see computers, and technology in a broader sense as this static, unalive and unnatural thing, but if you really look at it it has so many parallels to the natural and fluid way of life and the universe itself. To me it is very important to remember that technology came to be from the world we live in, and thus it is at its core, a natural phenomena.
