This story is kept a bit cryptic and vague on purpose, but its really about a father who became violent after his wife died and raised his kids with physical violence and hitting them to try and make them tough. Its in the pov of the memories of the only son left alive, after his dad dies he returns to the farm only to sell it and he reflects on memories of trauma he has buried deep
