United Beef

Beef is good for the American heart and soul but is beef making any good? Does the way we farm cow production stand up to the values that make America cow-strong? If the roles were reversed would the consumer be in the right to grow bovine meat on a tree or off their own body? Just like hair and nails are feelingless and made to be cut? When was the last time the flavor of beef sizzled on your tongue? Did you savor it? Or did you say a prayer for the deceased? Instead of Beef Farmers should we not be Beef Gardeners?
