The assessor in self-knowledge functions as an internal regulator that involuntarily evaluates our every action, thought, and feeling. It helps us determine whether we are satisfied with our behavior and whether we accept ourselves as we are.

Timur Nugmanov was born in 1986 in Moscow. He studied at the Medical Institute, the Jazz College, and several visual arts and management courses. Since 2017, he has exhibited at Superchief Gallery (LA, USA), NFT Paris (Tezos) (France), Nagornaya Gallery (Moscow, Russia), and the Regional Museum Aktobe (Aktobe, Kazakhstan).
