About the artwork
A woman becomes an entrance. Or: a door realizes it has been a woman this whole time, merely pretending to be architecture. Guests knock. The dress opens onto a room that contains another door wearing another dress, and so on, until hospitality becomes infinite and therefore unbearable.
Batto90 is an Argentine artist working with moving images, synthetic environments, and AI-generated systems. His practice explores the collision between broadcast culture, fashion, bodies, and artificial production, often treating video as a malfunctioning interface rather than a narrative medium.
