Que sueña un pájaro follows a bird in flight. As the bird moves, the world around him keeps changing, shifting through different art styles and dimensions. I have wanted to build a piece around a bird for a while. The video grows out of the audio reactive process I have been working on, with a new step added. I take one second of the previous footage and use the clip to generate the next audio reactive section. Then I feed the new clip back into the workflow and let the sound decide where the motion goes next.
This is the first video where I hand most of the continuous motion over to the audio, each clip growing out of the one before. I then do my previous upscaling process that also takes in the audio from the clip to generate new details and it all mixes together at the end.
The audio here is also seeing how non music sounds can be used to remix the base music in order to create a better fit for the piece.
