Pinpointing the anchoring point of the silver cord to the physical body during astral projection is a complex endeavor. There seem to be several miniature cords stemming from each of the primary energy hubs, or major chakras, within the physical and etheric body. Furthermore, a multitude of delicate, wispy filaments emerge from select secondary energy centers, particularly concentrated in the torso and cranial regions. These filaments appear to traverse the surface of the physical body before eventually converging to forge a singular primary cord suspended a few inches above the physical body's exterior. My perspective aligns with the notion that the silver cord's attachment is not with the physical body but rather with the etheric body.
In contrast, the nexus between the silver cord and the projected double presents a singular attachment point, devoid of the intricate web-like structure composed of smaller filaments observed in relation to the physical body. Remarkably, the anchoring location of the silver cord to the projected double lacks uniformity across various instances of astral projection. Nevertheless, it consistently manifests on the side facing the precise location of the projector's physical body, albeit determining this orientation often poses a dimensional quandary.
