Transparency is not invisibility. The form moved through what it moved through and left the trace of its passage — not marks, but the slight reorganization that any presence produces in what surrounds it. This is what haunting looks like before it becomes legible as haunting: the arrangement of the room is different and nothing in the room has moved.
Deniz Zaide Korkmaz is an artist trained in sculpture. Their practice spans video, installation, painting, sound, digital media, and AI tools, with a focus on the limits of body, material, and form, and the tensions that emerge through uncertainty and contradiction.
