Just Another Cog… places the human figure inside an endless mechanical structure, where individuality dissolves into function. The bodies forming the gear become part of the machine itself, replaceable, synchronized, and trapped within a cycle designed long before they had the ability to question it.
From an early age, people are conditioned to fit into systems of productivity, expectation, and repetition. The machine continues to spin as long as the gears remain useful. Human value becomes tied to output, efficiency, and participation.
The work reflects on the quiet normalization of this process, how entire lives can become absorbed into systems that demand constant motion while rarely asking where that motion leads.
The machine does not stop for the individual.
It only searches for the next cog.
Mr. Relative is a Polish-born AI artist and storyteller whose work explores the tension between perception, memory, and the evolving human condition. Known for emotionally charged visual narratives, he blends advanced AI systems with cinematic language to examine how technology reshapes belief, identity, and collective consciousness.
His signature series This Is Humanity has been exhibited internationally, including at the Saatchi Gallery’s Digitalism exhibition, OFF Bratislava, Cluster London, and multiple global new-media showcases. Working across animations, large-format prints, and immersive installations, he constructs shifting worlds where beauty and collapse coexist, revealing humanity as both the architect and the consequence of its own creations.
